LD.29.1. The HHS addresses clinical, managerial, and financial risk.
LD.29.2. The reporting of incidents and variances, patients' morbidities, and clinical and financial claims constitute The HHS's essential reactive arm.
LD.29.3. The HHS develops and implements at least one proactive risk management approach per year.
LD.29.4. The HHS develops and periodically updates a risk register for all potential clinical, managerial, and financial processes in the HHS.
LD.29.5. The HHS utilizes an evidence-based process for grading risks based on severity, frequency, and/or likelihood of occurrence.
LD.29.6. Information from the risk management program, including incidents, analysis, and improvement projects, is communicated to staff and the governing body at least quarterly.
