​المادة الحادية عشر: الاشتراطات الخاصة بالمحتوى الترفيهي لترخيص المدن الترفيهية

​The applicant shall provide amusement park content details, which include:
1. Detailed description of the entertainment contents within the amusement park, including all activities to be conducted, and all entertainment and commercial booths and areas set up within the amusement park.
2. List of all the recurring entertainment shows at the amusement park, along with a detailed description of their contents, target age group, location, and time, such that:
 a. Approvals are obtained from the Authority for conducting the shows.
 b. The shows are in compliance with the rules of public decency in the Kingdom.
 c. The shows are in compliance with all intellectual property rights regulations in the Kingdom.
 d.  The shows are appropriate for the target age group.
3.  If the activities in the amusement park include competitions, the applicant shall provide the Authority with a description of the competition and the awards mechanism (if applicable), such that it does not motivate participants to cause chaos and crowding to obtain prizes.
4.  If the entertainment contents include performers wearing costumes or masks, the applicant shall provide the Authority with pictures and description of such costumes, and obtain the necessary approval for such costumes or masks.​
