5.1 Applicants wishing to enter the registry, will have to provide the CITC the following information, and all required documents and information shall be in Arabic. Supporting documents (if any) may be submitted in English:5.1.1 Submit the application through CITC website.5.1.2 Provide a brief description of the company profile and operations.5.1.3 Provide a brief description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom.5.1.4 Indicate the coordination details and technical specifications of the satellite system as indicated in the online form available at the CITC website.
5.2 The registration process would be conducted as follows:
5.2.1 Within the five working days following the application submission, the CITC will require the clarification on the provided information and documentation, if any.
5.2.2 Within the twenty working days following the application submission or the submission of the required clarifications, the CITC will incorporate the applicant in the satellite capacity registry, if all requirements are met, or a decision stating the reasons for the denial of incorporation.
5.2.3 A list of registered foreign satellite capacity providers will be published on the CITC website.
5.2.4 All registered satellite capacity providers shall notify to the CITC any change on the information provided in the application process within the next fifteen days of the change.
