Article 87: Supervision by the Competent Authority
1. The professional company shall be subject to the supervision of the competent authority legally with regard to the affairs of the liberal profession falling within its scope of competence.
2. Professional Companies shall comply with the provisions of the laws, regulations, and standards set by the competent authority, within its scope of competence.
3. Within its scope of competence, the competent authority may review and inspect a Professional Company's records and documents, to verify the company's compliance with the laws, regulations, and standards governing the liberal profession carried out thereby; with the Professional Company undertaking to provide whatever material requested therefrom.
Article 88: Notification of Amendments or Changes
Within fifteen (15) days from the date of such amendment or change, a Professional Company shall inform the Ministry and the competent authority legally concerned with oversight of the liberal profession carried out thereby of any amendment or change to the following:
a. Professional licenses of partners or shareholders.
b. Data of shareholders in a Professional Joint-Stock Company.
c. The Professional Company's address and contact information.
d. The company no longer meeting one of the incorporation requirements and conditions or the requirements and conditions to be fulfilled by its partners or shareholders.
